My Journey to Pain-Free Climbing

As a passionate rock climber, I've faced my share of elbow pain. This seemed to be the inevitable outcome of climbing 2+ days a week and I was no exception. Despite trying the standard exercises, I found that they didn't provide the relief I needed.
As a certified personal trainer with a corrective exercise specialty, I went looking for a solution. I started experimenting with different approaches through trial and error until I began to notice real improvements. I started needing to let my elbow rest less often and I could pull my hardest again.
Once I found the right combination, I felt even more drastic relief. With consistent practice, I was able to achieve lasting results and climb stronger than ever before.
