I know and work with so many people and we all have a bad (fill in the blank).  We have these things because we do a bad job of preventing and recovering from the minor pains that spring up.  We think it's not that bad and push right on through.  I catch myself doing it too, but when we supplement our training with a pain free program we can minimize or eliminate these pains.

- Posture and Movement Assessments -

These assessments can be pre-recorded or completed in a virtual meeting with me (Jacob).  It is best to get this done before our first meeting so I can come with an idea of what your plan will look like and we can spend the rest of the time getting your questions answered.

- Daily Routines -

This are the main part of the plan.  We provide 3 routines of varying length so they can fit into your day as easily as possible. If you want to feel the benefits of this kind of program you will need to commit to doing a daily routine 3-5 times per week.

- An Accountability Check-In -

The hardest part of any plan is the execution.  Life has a way of throwing up stop signs and halting our progress so this check-in meeting after you receive your plan is the time for us to take on those road blocks together and keep you preventing future injuries.

What goes into the assessment?

The video assessment has three stages. In the first, you just have to stand in a comfortable, neutral position. Then, you will do some squats with hands overhead. Finally, you will do some split squats with each leg in front.  All of these will show us which muscles are working too hard and which are being a little lazy. We can build a Daily Injury Prevention Plan specific to you with the information we gain from this assessment.

Basic Pain Free Plan

  • The Basic Pain Free Plan starts with us reviewing your Posture and Movement Assessments.
  • Based on what we see in your assessments we will create a 5, 10, and 30 minute Daily Prevention Routine.
  • Finally, we will meet with you virtually to give you your daily routines and answer any questions you have.

Standard Pain Free Plan

$99

  • This includes everything from the Basic Pain Free Plan.
  • You will also get a 45 minute active rest day workout to assist in your recovery and cut down on soreness.
  • We will have a follow up after 1 month where we will provide you with 3 new progressed daily routines.

Premium Pain Free Plan

$149

  • This 12 week program includes everything from the Basic and Standard Pain Free Plans.
  • You will stay motivated and progressing with a regular check-ins and accountability coaching.
  • And, we will update your daily routines and workout as needed to make sure you feel the results.

Inside The Basic Pain Free Plan

Who is it built for?

The Pain Free Plans are for those people that are currently feeling pain and want to get rid of it.  These pains could be from repetitive motions, old injuries, or "getting old".  The Basic Pain Free Plan is meant for people who do not need us to provide accountability coaching.  You should be confident that you will complete the daily routines consistently because this is the only way you will become pain free.

What does it come with?

An Assessment Meeting - The Assessment meeting is 30 minutes long.  I will start by asking you about your current pains, your end goals, and about your exercise habits and preferences.  Then we will do some quick posture and movement checks so I can use all the information to build and create your daily routines. (Usually Virtual)

3 Daily Routines - You get a 5, 10, and 30 minute routine to do.  The goal is to do 1 of them 3-5 days each week and we provide the multiple time options because we know that you don't always have the time or motivation to spend 30 minutes foam rolling, stretching, and exercising. Each routine is built based on the information we get from your Assessment Meeting, personalized for you and your goals.

Q&A Meeting - This is another 30 minute meeting where I get to check-in and make sure you know how to do each stretch and exercise.  I also try to help you overcome any challenges you are facing as you try to get you daily routines in. If something isn't working for you, I will change it based on this meeting. (Usually Virtual)

What do I have to do?

You pay the one time fee and book the first meeting. After that, you have the hard part, actually doing the routines so you can feel the benefits.  After 1-3 months of consistency you will likely be ready for your routines to be progressed.  At which point, it would be time to sign up for another Basic Pain Free Plan.

More With The Standard Pain Free Plan

Who is it built for?

The Standard Pain Free Plan is similar to the Basic Pain Free Plan in that it is for people who do not need us to provide accountability coaching, but it adds another chance for the routines to be updated and an extra workout that can be done to speed recovery from your regular training program.  You should be confident that you will complete the daily routines consistently because this is the only way you will become pain free.

What does it come with?

Everything Included With The Basic Pain Free Plan - This plan includes the Assessment Meeting, the 3 Daily Routines, and the Q&A Meeting.

45 Minute Active Recovery Workout - This workout is designed to be used as an aide to recovery because it will get you moving without forcing you to push yourself too hard.  The exercises will also help you prevent future injury while keeping you on track to get rid of your old nagging pains.

1 Month Check-In Meeting - The 1 month checkpoint is often a time when people are ready to progress the exercises in their  daily routines.  The Standard Plan includes a built in opportunity for that update. We will meet again and make sure you are getting everything you deserve out of the Pain Free Plan. (Usually Virtual)

You pay the one time fee and book the first meeting. The execution of the daily routines is still up to you! This can be daunting to many but that is what the Premium Plan is for.

Even More With The Premium Pain Free Plan

Who is it built for?

The Premium Pain Free Plan is for the people who want to make sure their nagging pains are a thing of the past. This plan comes with accountability coaching, so we will make sure you are doing the routines.  If you are doing the routines, you will feel a difference.

What does it come with?

Everything Included With The Standard Pain Free Plan - This plan includes the Assessment Meeting, the 3 Daily Routines, the Q&A Meeting, a 45 Minute Active Rest Workout, and the 1 Month Check-in Meeting.

Accountability Coaching - We will check on you regularly and be available to answer questions when you need us.  This will usually come in text form but you will also have the opportunity to meet (most likely virtually) every 2 weeks, so we can help you stay on track and overcome every challenge.

Routine Updates - The other programs come with limited opportunities for your daily routines to be updated, but the Premium Plan has many.  Because we are in contact so often, I can change pieces of your daily routines regularly so they fit your life. This works way better than you trying to fit your life around the routines.
