It's possible that up to half adventure athletes are either deal with regular pain or are recovering from an injury at any point. I think this is too many when we can do something about it.

Injuries mean missing work for many. If you can't afford to miss work but you don't want to give up the things that make you feel whole, you need to actively work to prevent those injuries.

Many people give up their passions, like martial arts or adventure sports, because a serious injury can lead to missed time at work and put a strain on relationships and your family. Leaving the sports behind wouldn't feel so bad if it didn't also feel like you were leaving a piece of yourself behind in the process.
A Pain Free Plan will give you the daily routines you need to prevent and recover from most injuries associated with your adventure of choice. I can't promise you won't suffer another injury, but I can promise that you feel stronger, move more confidently, and get hurt less often.

Inside The Pain Free Plan
Who is it built for?
The Pain Free Plan is perfect for two groups of people. The first, are those that are currently feeling pain and want to get rid of it. These pains could be from repetitive motions, old injuries, or "getting old". The second group is people who are looking to prevent future injuries. Martial arts and adventure sport can lead to injuries and this plan can significantly reduce the chances of them by implementing daily short routines.
What does it come with?
Assessment Meeting
The assessment meeting is 30 minutes long. I will start by asking you about your current pains, your end goals, and about your exercise habits and preferences. Then we will do some quick posture and movement checks so I can use all the information to build and create your daily routines. (Usually Virtual)
3 Daily Routines
You get a 5, 10, and 30 minute routine. The goal is to do 1 of them 3-5 days each week and we provide the multiple time options because we know that you don't always have the time or motivation to spend 30 minutes foam rolling, stretching, and exercising. Each routine is built based on the information we get from your Assessment Meeting, personalized for you and your goals.
Q&A Meeting
This is another 30 minute meeting where I get to check-in and make sure you know how to do each stretch and exercise. I also try to help you overcome any challenges you are facing as you try to get your daily routines in. If something isn't working for you, I will change it based on this meeting. (Usually Virtual)
1 Month Checkpoint Meeting
The 1 month checkpoint is often a time when people are ready to progress the exercises in their daily routines. We will meet again and make sure you are getting everything you deserve out of the Pain Free Plan. (Usually Virtual)
Accountability Coaching
We will check on you weekly and be available to answer questions when you need us. This will usually come in text form but you will also have the opportunity to meet (most likely virtually), so we can help you stay on track and overcome every challenge.
Routine Updates
Because we are in contact so often, I can change pieces of your daily routines so they fit your life. This works way better than you trying to fit your life around the routines.
