Inside The Adventure Ready Plan

Who is it built for?

The Pain Free Plan is perfect for two groups of people.  The first are those who are currently feeling pain and want to get rid of it.  These pains could be from repetitive motions, old injuries, or "getting old". The second group are people who are looking to prevent future injuries. Martial arts and adventure sport can lead to injuries and this plan can significantly reduce the chances of them by implementing daily short routines.

What does it come with?

Goals and Movement Session

We will go over your goals for the program and assess your current movement patterns. You will answer questions about what you are hoping to achieve and do some easy exercises so I can get the most accurate information possible to build your plan. (Usually Virtual)

3 Daily Routines

You get a 5, 10, and 30 minute routine.  The goal is to do 1 of them 3-5 days each week, and we provide the multiple time options because we know that you don't always have the time or motivation to spend 30 minutes foam rolling, stretching, and exercising.

Accountability Coaching

We will check on you daily and be available to answer questions when you need us.  These short check ins are great at keeping you on track, motivated, and knowing exactly what you should be doing to get results.

What do I have to do?

Book a Goals and Movement Session.  At this session, we will talk about goals, assess movement quality, and decide if you want to commit to a 12 week Pain Free Plan.
