10 Minutes
You can get results from a corrective exercise routine like this from very little time and, if you want, you can do multiple rounds to fast track your progress,

You don't need to do this routine 7 days every week. You will feel the difference after the first time and get lasting results from consistently doing them 3-5 time a week.
Stable Ankles
You will feel the difference. It usually takes one time to feel more stable for a few hours. Being consistent for 6-12 weeks could be enough to strengthen your ankles.
A Personal Story of Success
- My wife tried to ruin our vacation but this routine saved our trip to Zion -
5 weeks before our climbing and hiking trip to Zion National Park my wife sprained her ankle. She spent 3+ days not being able to put any weight on her foot and we thought our trip would need to be canceled. Luckily, I had the knowledge and she did the hard work to save our vacation.
As you can imagine, the first step was rest but as soon as she was ready and willing I started putting together the Strong Ankle Routine. It started very simply but by the time our trip had arrived she was doing the full routine you can download.
I'm not going to tell you that she wasn't sore on the trip or got back to 100%, but she was good enough to tackle the challenging approaches and hikes we were most excited for. We got multiple days of great climbing in and did the all the hike we planned.
The two hikes we were most worried about and did with little to no problems were Angel's Landing and The Narrows. Both of these are super fun and challenging hikes but The Narrows was the most challenge. My wife, 5 weeks out from her worst injury to date (lucky her), was able to hike in a river bed with shifting rocks and a tricky current for 8 miles!
