What if I told you, you could prevent your next injury?
If you are anything like my wife and I, you feel horrible when you get hurt and not just because of the pain. We almost always have another adventure just around the corner and it is always disappointing to have to cancel any of them. We are never mad at each other for getting hurt or ruining the next plans but we always feel guilty, like we have failed not only ourselves but someone we love. When I became a Certified Personal Trainer and then again when I became a Corrective Exercise Specialist, I realized as little as 5-10 minutes a day could severely lower the chances of an injury and let us continue to adventure in our happy place forever.

The Pieces of An Injury Prevention Plan
- Posture and Movement Assessments -
These assessments can be pre-recorded or completed in a virtual meeting with the me (Jacob). It is best to get this done before our first meeting so I can come with an idea of what your plan will look like and we can spend the rest of the time getting your questions answered.
- Daily Injury Prevention Routines -
These are the main part of the plan. We provide 3 routines of varying length so they can fit into you day as easily as possible. If you want to feel the benefits of this kind of program you will need to commit to doing a daily routine 3-5 times per week.
- An Accountability Check-In -
The hardest part of any plan is the execution. Life has a way of throwing up stop signs and halting our progress so this check-in meeting 2 weeks after you receive your plan is the time for us take on those road blocks together and keep you preventing future injuries.
What goes into the assessment?
The video assessment has three stages. In the first, you just have to stand in a comfortable, neutral position. Then, you will do some squats with hands overhead. Finally, you will do some split squats with each leg in front. All of these will show us which muscles are working too hard and which are being a little lazy. We can build a Daily Injury Prevention Plan specific to you with the information we gain from this assessment.

Basic Injury Prevention Plan
$59
- The Basic Injury Prevention Plan starts with us reviewing your recorded Posture and Movement Assessments.
- Based on what we see in your assessments we will create a 5, 10, and 30 minute Daily Prevention Routine.
- Finally, we will meet with you virtually to give your daily routines and answer any questions you have.
Standard Injury Prevention Plan
$79
- This includes everything from the Basic Injury Prevention Plan.
- You will also get a 45 minute active rest day workout to assist in your recovery and cut down on soreness.
- You will also get a third follow up after 1 month where we will provide you with 3 new progressed daily routines.
Premium Injury Prevention Plan
$129
- This 12 week program includes everything from the Basic and Standard Injury Prevention Plans.
- You will stay motivated and progressing with a 30 minute check in every other week.
- And, we will update your daily routines and workout as needed to make sure you feel the results.
