What is the rollout plan? Will you supply promotional content, flyers, or social media posts to help advertise the program?

There are few steps to the rollout plan. First, we start to get the word out with some social media posts and an email or two. Next, we run an injury prevention event/seminar that is tailored to the most common injuries in your art/sport. Then, we include some of our material in your welcome package to new students and leave rack cards in your waiting or reception area. Finally, we remind people about the value we are offering them with social media posts and emails.

Step 1: Get The Word Out

I will provide you drafts for posts and emails that you can either just send right out to your contacts or edit and then send out.  We will want to send multiple of each out to make sure the most people are aware but you know your list better than anyone so you will be able to tell me how many we send. I will have my suggestions but it will be up to you.

Step 2: The Event/Seminar

This a great time for your people to discover what TransformAdventure can do for them. I will come and run the seminar for you. I will bring the equipment and the game plan, so you don't have to worry about it. For those that are too far for me to come in person, I can do the training remotely.

Step 3: Marketing Material

I will send you everything. We will pick together which things will fit your studio/gym best and I will provide them. When you are running low, I will send a restock.

Step 4: Reminders

People will need to be reminded periodically. This means emails (usually quarterly), social media posts (usually monthly), and maybe even another event/seminar (usually yearly). I will help with everything.

Easy, that's our goal.
