Your workouts should be about more than just doing a harder workout. At TransformAdventure Fitness we exercise so we can go on more adventures.
Completing any exercise program is worth celebrating. Staying motivated in the middle of a hard workout or after a long day is tough. People usually stop exercising when they forget why they were doing it in the first place. Our adventures are a regular reminder of why we exercise. About every 8 weeks we get to test our results on great group adventures.
