- Basic Injury Prevention Plan -
The basic plan comes with 2, 30 minute meetings with me and 3 daily prevention routine options. This is a great plan for people who are self motivated and just need a little guidance on which muscle groups and exercises to work on.
- Standard Injury Prevention Plan -
The standard plan is the basic plan with a little extra. This plan is for people who are already on a training program and want to stay active on the rest days. That is why this option also includes a 45 minute active rest workout and a 30 minute check in at the 1 month checkpoint.
- Premium Injury Prevention Plan -
This has everything that the standard plan has along with an accountability partner. Those people that know they are going to need a friend to keep them on track should chose this option. I will be there with regular check ins so you can stay on track.
